These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by Jivora, including its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Jivora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), via its websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, and communication channels such as WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages/groups, Instagram, email, SMS, and phone calls (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to learners, recruiters, employers, educational institutions, instructors, third-party vendors, and content contributors. By using our Services, creating an account, enrolling in any course, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise engaging with Jivora in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all other policies, disclaimers, and guidelines referenced herein.
If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.
Jivora provides career-aligned certification programs in areas such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Development, Cyber Security, and other emerging technology domains, aimed at learners in the United States, Europe, and other global markets.
While we offer career assistance services, including resume guidance, mock interviews, mentorship, and job search support, Jivora does not and cannot guarantee job placement, employment, salary, or career outcomes. Employment opportunities are subject to market demand, regional economic conditions, individual skills, effort, performance, and external employer criteria. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that Jivora’s role is supportive and facilitative, not contractual or outcome-guaranteed.
Jivora reserves the unconditional right to update, revise, replace, or remove any portion of these Terms or Services at its sole discretion without prior notice. Continued use of our Services following such changes shall be deemed your acceptance of those modifications. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for updates.
To access most of our Services, you will be required to register and create an account (“Account”). You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain it thereafter. Keep your password confidential and not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your Account.You are solely responsible for all activities under your Account, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from Jivora via SMS, email, calls, push notifications, and other electronic modes related to course updates, reminders, promotional offers, and job support services. You may opt out of marketing communications; however, certain service-related messages are mandatory and non-optional.
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to videos, lectures, documents, presentations, code, designs, quizzes, assignments, and platform software (“Jivora Content”) is the exclusive property of Jivora or its content providers and is protected under international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services and Jivora Content for personal and non-commercial educational purposes only. You shall not:
Sell, rent, publish, transmit, or distribute the Jivora Content for commercial purposes; Create derivative works from Jivora Content without express written consent; Use our content for any form of unauthorized teaching, business, or training purposes.Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of access, and Jivora reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
You may submit, upload, or share content (“User Content”) as part of the learning experience. By doing so, you grant Jivora an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for educational, promotional, or research purposes.
You retain ownership of your User Content but are solely responsible for its legality, originality, and appropriateness. You must not:
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; Post defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material; Impersonate another person or provide false information. Jivora assumes no responsibility for misuse of your User Content by other users or third parties.
Jivora offers comprehensive career support, including job alerts, interview preparation, resume enhancement, and access to a curated network of recruiters. However, Jivora does not make any express or implied warranties regarding employability.
Factors influencing employability include, but are not limited to:
Global and regional job market conditions; Industry requirements and selection criteria; Visa eligibility, work authorization, and legal compliance; The learner’s prior experience, active participation, and project completion.Any claims for refund, damages, or legal redress on the grounds of non-placement, job offer rejection, or employment denial shall be considered void and non-actionable, as all job-related support is offered on a best-effort basis only. You expressly waive any such claims by agreeing to these Terms.
All payments made toward course enrollments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written refund policy applicable to that specific program. By enrolling, you agree not to dispute charges or seek refunds on the grounds of incomplete job support, unmet expectations, or dissatisfaction with employment outcomes.
Certain aspects of the Services may be offered in collaboration with external partners, vendors, or technology providers. You agree to be bound by their respective terms. Jivora shall not be held liable for any disruption, loss, or breach resulting from third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, for US residents, and by the laws of England and Wales, for European residents, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in those jurisdictions respectively.
By registering, enrolling, or continuing to use any Jivora Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all associated policies. You waive any claim that you did not read or understand the Terms or that changes were not brought to your attention.
During the course of your educational engagement with Jivora ("the Platform"), you may be assigned Capstone Projects as an integral component of your respective career-track certification programs. These projects ("Problem(s)") may either be supplied by Jivora or proposed by you, subject to prior approval. You shall have access to instructional guidance and digital infrastructure offered by Jivora to develop a potential solution ("Solution") to the given Problem.
In instances where the Problem is provided by Jivora, Jivora shall retain perpetual and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the Problem and the resulting Solution. You may include the Solution and Problem in your personal portfolio or showcase it for career advancement purposes, but shall not engage in its commercial use or distribution in any form.
If the Problem is derived from an open-source or unidentifiable origin, then, unless otherwise stated in writing, both you and Jivora shall jointly hold ownership rights over the Problem and Solution. Jivora shall enjoy an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and perpetual license to copy, modify, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the Solution for any purpose. Should you intend to commercially use, assign, or license your share of the Solution, you are obligated to provide prior written notice to Jivora.
If the Problem originates from you or a third-party source, you must disclose the source to Jivora at the time of submission. Jivora retains the right to feature the Problem in your learner profile and include it in internal academic archives. Absent explicit restrictions, joint ownership of the Solution between you and Jivora shall apply, and the rights enumerated in the open-source section shall be similarly extended.
Any ideas, suggestions, or critiques submitted by you ("Feedback") become the sole property of Jivora upon submission. You grant Jivora an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable right to use, adapt, edit, publish, or distribute said Feedback in any manner, without the obligation to offer acknowledgment or compensation.
While Jivora endeavors to implement robust security protocols, we disclaim all liability for unauthorized third-party access. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any suspected security breach must be reported to Jivora immediately.
Jivora programs may link to or incorporate content from third parties, including instructors, academic affiliates, or external platforms. Jivora disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, or legality of such third-party content, and your interaction with said content is entirely at your own risk.
Jivora is not a university and does not confer academic degrees. Our Programs are developed in collaboration with accredited international universities, private training providers, and industry experts ("Educational Partners"). Program Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of all course components as defined by Jivora and its Educational Partners.
The issuance, format, and academic recognition of certificates are determined solely at the discretion of Jivora and/or the applicable Educational Partner. Enrolment in a Jivora program constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of the fact that credentials awarded may or may not be recognized as academic credit.
Jivora aims to support your career transition by offering resume reviews, interview preparation, career counseling, and job opportunity recommendations. However, Jivora makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding job placement or career advancement. Employment outcomes are inherently dependent on dynamic and external labor market conditions, for which Jivora shall bear no responsibility.
Enrolment in any of Jivora’s Programs shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as a job guarantee. No claims for refunds, damages, or compensation will be entertained on the basis of employment outcomes.
Your participation may be used for academic and educational research. Jivora may aggregate non-personal data and generate Derivative Reports to enhance the quality of its offerings. Any such Derivative Reports are the exclusive intellectual property of Jivora.
Jivora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its Services, Terms, or Program structure at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes implicit agreement with the revised terms.
All Program fees must be paid in full or as per the payment plan outlined at the time of enrolment. Fees are non-transferable. Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by the Refund Policy applicable to the respective Program, and shall be granted solely at the discretion of Jivora.
No refunds shall be entertained on the grounds of unmet expectations, including but not limited to job placement, Program structure, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Jivora may facilitate third-party financial services for fee payment. Such transactions are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution. Jivora disclaims all liability arising out of your relationship with such third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Jivora and its affiliates, instructors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:
Your access to or inability to access our Services; Unauthorized access to your personal information; Reliance on content or third-party links; Any employment-related expectations. A recognized certificate to boost credibility.Total liability of Jivora shall in no event exceed the total fee paid by you for the Program, subject to a maximum cap of USD/EUR 10.
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the Jivora Platform or Programs, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and all accompanying policies, including any modifications posted hereafter.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jivora and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensors, and service providers (“Jivora Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or in any way related to:
your access to or use of the Services in violation of these Terms; your breach of any applicable law or regulation; or content or material submitted, uploaded, or otherwise transmitted by you through the Services, including without limitation any claim that such content infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or proprietary rights.While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our platform, occasional errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may appear in our Service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, or other related information. Jivora reserves the right to correct such errors and to update, modify, or cancel any related service or transaction without prior notice—even after you have submitted a form or made a payment.
We assume no obligation to update or revise any information unless legally required. The absence of a specific update date does not imply that all details on the Service or affiliated sites have been modified.
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, or any applicable jurisdiction in the United Kingdom or European Union based on your location, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in courts located in Wilmington, Delaware (USA) or London, UK, as applicable. Disputes may, at the discretion of Jivora, be resolved via binding arbitration using an established alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Arbitration shall be conducted online, through written submissions, or via telephone with no in-person appearances required unless mutually agreed.
Jivora provides intensive training programs in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Development, Cyber Security, and other technical domains. These programs are designed to enhance learners' career prospects and employability.
However, Jivora makes no guarantees—explicit or implied—regarding job placement, salary increases, or employment outcomes. Any assistance provided as part of Jivora’s career services (e.g., resume support, interview preparation, job alerts, mentorship) is intended solely to support and empower learners in their job search efforts and does not constitute an employment commitment or offer.
Job availability depends entirely on external market conditions, employer preferences, and candidate performance, all of which are outside Jivora’s control. By enrolling, you acknowledge that lack of job placement is not grounds for refund, claim, or legal action under any circumstances.
Jivora reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our platform or communicated via email. By continuing to use the Services after such updates, you accept the revised Terms in full.
Jivora is under no obligation to provide advance notice of such changes, and it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms.
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. You may terminate your relationship with Jivora at any time by ceasing to use our Services. Jivora, at its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time for violation of these Terms or suspected misconduct, without notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees incurred up to the termination date.
If any provision in these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights to do so in the future.
You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in any behavior including but not limited to:
Posting, sharing, or distributing content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harmful, or otherwise objectionable; Violating intellectual property rights of others; Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts; Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware; Misrepresenting your identity, background, or affiliation with any entity; Encouraging or aiding others in prohibited behaviors.Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
Jivora respects intellectual property laws and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that content on our Services infringes upon your intellectual property, you may notify us via email with the required details.
We reserve the right to take corrective actions including content removal, account suspension, and legal recourse.

Jivora shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet or utility failures, civil unrest, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, or natural disasters.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific addendums or enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jivora. No verbal or written communication not incorporated herein shall modify these Terms unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Jivora’s prior written consent. Jivora may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
